"The Seabulk Asia has now left Malta after picking up 4 loads of MGO for the rig passing Malta on her way to the North Atlantic. It has indeed been a very complicated operation, and with a dayhire of USD 750.000 it came without saying that even the smallest delay would cost a considerable amount of money.
However, thanks to the excellent service and problem solving skills of MY Bunkers, even the slightest problem was dealt with in an early phase. By supplying from pipeline both during day and night time we had the operation going more or less continuously without any particular delays.
It is my impression from the rig operators as well that they are very happy with the whole operation as such, and our side we are equally impressed of the local handling and follow-up to get the fuel loaded as quickly as possible in Malta.
I can ensure you that this has been advertised to every trader in this office.
